There comes a point in teaching where experience alone stops feeling like enough.

You're already a good teacher. Your students are progressing, and you know you're making a difference.

But there's a question that niggles. Am I actually giving them everything they need?

That question isn't doubt. It is direction. And this intensive is built for exactly where you are.

This intensive is for you if...

You've been teaching for at least six months and you're ready for more than experience alone can give you

You want to feel genuinely grounded in your approach, not just competent, but structured

You're willing to challenge your current habits and hold yourself to a higher standard

You're ready to refine how you listen, assess, and respond to the voice in front of you

What This Is Really About

This isn't a box-ticking CPD event. It's not about overloading you with more information.

It's about clarity. Stripping back the noise. Understanding what's really happening in the voice and person in front of you — and knowing exactly how to respond.

Effectively.

Consistently.

With real understanding behind it.

It is about your impact as a teacher, not  just about what you know. It's about who you are being in the room.

Over two days, there will be space to ask questions, go deep, reflect, and practise.

Not academic.

Not overcomplicated.

Clear, practical work — the kind that changes how you teach on Monday morning.

What We'll Cover

This is a genuinely comprehensive two days. Core areas covered:

  • Technique and voice function

  • Practical teaching tools and live application

  • Vocal health and performance preparation

  • Vocal style and qualities

  • Working with different students and contexts

A final thought from Line:

I remember recognising that I needed support to become a more effective teacher. It wasn’t an easy admission. I already had a music degree and more than a decade of professional singing experience.

But that moment marked a turning point. As my knowledge and skills developed, I moved from guessing to making informed decisions. That shift brought a strong sense of confidence and clarity. I know no matter who walks in through my practice door I will be able to help them. Saying that I am not afraid to say I don't know...but I do know some who does. It's empowering.

I still approach my work as a learner, and I genuinely enjoy sharing what I’ve learned with other singing teachers.

What might shift in your teaching if you felt that same level of clarity in what you know?
